Our first concert of the 2020 season takes place on Saturday February 8th and it promises to be a great evening. The percussion quartet is made up of four recent graduates of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The quartet was formed in 2015 by Luke Baxter, Iolo Edwards, James Harrison and Jemma Sharp while studying at the College. They’ve played across the UK to diverse audiences and perform from a huge repertoire – from family favourites to contemporary works by John Cage and Steve Reich. You can read all about them on their website quartet19.com.
The concert starts at 7.30 in Malmesbury Abbey and tickets can be purchased in advance from the Abbey, or at the door.
We look forward to seeing you there.
